Dutch Estate Capital opens new headquarters in Hilversum
Our new office at Marathon 9a brings our investment, asset management and investor relations teams under one roof, ten minutes from Schiphol's intercity corridor.
We have relocated our headquarters to Marathon 9a, 1213 PE Hilversum. The new office consolidates our investment, asset-management and investor-relations teams under one roof and gives international investors a single, easily reachable point of contact ten minutes from the Hilversum intercity station and 25 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol.
The office houses our proprietary data room, a dedicated investor-meeting suite, and the asset-management workstations that monitor our live forecourt telemetry. Visitors are welcome by appointment.
