What we collect
Contact details you submit through our website or by email, KYC documentation required to onboard investors, and technical data (IP address, browser) collected through standard web server logs. We do not use behavioural advertising trackers.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, evaluate eligibility, fulfil contractual and regulatory obligations under AIFMD and Dutch financial law, and to send periodic investor updates. Legal bases: consent, contract, and legal obligation.
Retention
Investor records are retained for seven years after the end of the commercial relationship, in line with statutory requirements. General enquiries are kept for 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing. Complaints may be lodged with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
